Saturday Ride

Afternoon Warriors. Not sure if anyone is keen but I am thinking of heading out to Healsville on Saturday. A few nice climbs but otherwise pretty easy going. Hoping for a friendly pace but of course if you feeling good there are plenty of options to go further, higher and faster up that way. We will of course finish off with Col da Burgundy and back through reserach.... Leave 7am from the Northcote Cafe (the one you leave for king lake from). Any takers? Any Sugestions?

  4. This is the route I am thinking.

Out through Eltham (normal research loop till there). Join the Eltham Yarra Glen Road to Yarra Glen (up over Chritsmas hills). Follow this through Tarawarra to Healsville. We can come back through Chum Creek/Toolangi if we are feeling like it otherwise its back over Christmas hills and home.Should be about 120kms I think!

  6. Huy if you've done a Tri that means you've not only have sore knees but you also have kids coming your way.
I am not 100% sure I can make it but will let you know when I can

  8. If I thought I could survive the hills I would definitely come along but theres no f'ing way that's going to happen so I'm up for a Elwood to Frankston ride instead. If anyone is up for a less painful ride then give Dellano a call.....he's coordinating the plebs ride. ha!
